The screw air compressor has abnormal noise?

The abnormal sound of the screw air compressor is mainly divided into 3 situations:

1. There is noise in the cylinder. (1) Foreign objects or broken valve pieces fall into the cylinder, clean up foreign objects or broken valve pieces; (2) The top of the piston collides with the cylinder head, and the gap should be adjusted; (3) The big end bush of the connecting rod, the small end bush and the piston The horizontal hole is excessively worn and should be replaced; (4) The piston ring is excessively worn and impacts in the ring groove during operation, so replace the piston ring; (5) There is water in the cylinder.

2. There is noise in the valve. (1) The intake and exhaust valve groups are not pressed tightly, and the fastening nuts of the square cover of the valve chamber should be tightened; (2) The spring of the valve plate is damaged, and should be replaced in time; (3) The bolts and nuts of the air valve are loose, and the nuts should be tightened; (4) ) The gap between the valve plate and the valve cover is too large, adjust the gap, and replace the valve plate if necessary.

3. There is noise in the crankcase. (1) If the connecting rod bush is worn excessively, replace it with a new one; (2) If the connecting rod bolt is not tightened, tighten it; (3) If the flywheel is not tightened or the key is too loose, it should be tightened; (4) The main bearing is damaged, Replace the bearing; (5) The oil retaining ring on the crankshaft is loose, and replace it with a new oil retaining ring.
