Working principle :

A screw air compressor compresses air using parallel meshing rotors (screws) inside a casing. The casing and exhaust valve form a working chamber. This setup increases gas pressure by reducing volume. The rotating rotors cause periodic volume changes.

Gas moves from the suction side to the discharge side. This completes the processes of suction, compression, and exhaust.

Gas enters the interdental space of male and female rotors through the suction port. Rotors rotate, filling each other’s grooves.

Grooves push towards exhaust, compressing gas by reducing volume. Compressed gas reaches predetermined pressure and is discharged through exhaust port, completing cycle.

First, the air compressor sucks in the surrounding air through the air filter, allowing it to enter the compressor unit.

Next, the compressor changes the volume inside by combining the yin and yang rotors.

At the same time, the chamber continuously sprays oil to lubricate and cool the screw, producing a heated oil and gas mixture.

In the third step, the mixture of oil and gas, after experiencing a rise in temperature and pressure, enters the oil and gas separator tank through the exhaust one-way valve.

Fourth, the oil and gas separator separates most of the oil from the compressed air in the main engine chamber, cools it, and returns it to the engine for recycling.

Fifth, once the air in the oil and gas separator reaches the required minimum pressure, the minimum pressure valve opens, and high-temperature compressed air enters the aftercooler. Finally, the aftercooler cools down the temperature of the compressed air, providing the compressed air you need.
